How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, then standard USPS delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard U.S. shipping on all orders over $65.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time — U.S. only for now.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that,
your order is likely already in processing. Email us ASAP and we'll do our best.

Are your designs really hand-drawn?
Every single one. No AI, no templates, no shortcuts. Just Michelle and a drawing tablet, usually with a cat stealing space on her desk or lap.
What materials are your stickers made of?
Our vinyl stickers are weatherproof, durable, and printed on high-quality holographic or soft matte vinyl.
Perfect for water bottles, laptops, journals, and more.
Are your tumblers dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing to preserve the design and keep your tumbler looking beautiful longer.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes! Follow @kittlinsart on TikTok and Instagram for restock announcements — we always post there first.

RETURNS & ISSUES
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number.
We'll send a replacement or issue store credit right away.
Do you accept returns?
We make everything by hand, and we stand behind every single item. If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, just reach out within 7 days. We'll send a replacement or store credit, no runaround. Why? Because a tiny beautiful thing should arrive perfectly every time. (Note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we aren't able to accept general returns, but we genuinely want you to be happy.)
