🎁 About our Products
Q: Are your designs really hand-drawn?
A: Yes! Every pattern and illustration for sale is created by Michelle Meyer in Northern California. Each design is drawn by hand either on paper and digitized or digitally in Procreate or Adobe programs.
Q: What kinds of products do you offer?
A: We specialize in cozy-cute-fun stationery, art prints, stickers, and specialty items to brighten your day, desk, and world. We hope you will enjoy sharing these items with those most important to you too.
💌 Orders & Shipping
Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Most physical orders ship within 2-4 business days. You will receive an email with tracking info as soon as it's on the way.
In some cases we will write in the description that the item will be shipped from a shipping partner. The approximate shipping time from these companies will be in the product listing. Although we'd love to make everything ourselves, in some cases we cannot yet afford to buy the equipment to make things for you at the quality you expect of us. These products are made for us under the close scrutiny of Michelle.
Sticker only orders can be shipped in a regular First Class envelope if requested to aid in lowering shipping costs. These envelopes will not have tracking provided.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: At this time, we primarily ship within the U.S., but international shipping options may be added soon. Follow us on Instagram @KtittlinsArt for updates! Also, please send us a message with that you are looking for. We may be able to make exceptions.
💻 Digital Downloads
Q: How do I access my digital files after purchase?
A: Once your payment clears, your files are available instantly through your Shopify download link and via email. (No physical items are sent for digital products.)
Q: Can I use your art for commercial purposes?
A: Our files are for personal use only unless a separate commercial license is purchased. You may not resell or redistribute the artwork as your own.
🧡 Returns and Refunds
Q: What's your return policy?
A: Due to the handmade and digital nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if there's ever a problem with your order, please reach out. We'll make it right whenever possible.
