Kittlins (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides this website and its products to you, the customer, conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

All of our items — both physical and digital — are created in small batches or handmade to order. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products at any time.

Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences, but we do our best to show accurate representations.

Digital Products

When you purchase a digital item, you’re buying a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use that file for your own enjoyment.

You may not share, resell, or reproduce any Kittlins artwork without written permission.

Shipping & Delivery

Physical orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. We are not responsible for delays due to postal issues or incorrect addresses.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our handmade and digital goods, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s an error on our end, please reach out to us right away so we can make it right.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

 

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to make sure everything from Kittlins arrives safely and brings joy. However, we can’t be held liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
