Our Story
The surgeon who draws cats.
I’m Michelle, a shelter veterinary surgeon, a mom, and an artist who draws every single Kittlins illustration herself, usually with a cat stealing space on my desk or lap.
I started Kittlins because I needed it. Not as a business plan, as a lifeline. A place where the serious, responsible, capable version of me could set down her stethoscope and pick up a drawing tablet instead.

When my daughter Lily was born, I paused everything to be fully present for her. Three years of watching her discover the world — every small wonder, every tiny joy she noticed that the rest of us had stopped seeing. She reminded me why the little things matter.
When I came back to Kittlins, I knew what it was for.
It’s for people like us.
The ones who choose the prettier pen. Who notice when someone put extra care into the packaging. Who can’t resist a notebook that makes their desk look exactly right. Who work serious jobs and live full lives — and believe those lives deserve beautiful, thoughtful things in them.
Not as a reward for slowing down. Not as permission to rest.
Just because cute things, made well, make ordinary days better. And ordinary days are most of our days.
Every Kittlins design starts as a hand-drawn illustration — no templates, no shortcuts, no AI. Just me, a drawing tablet, and a very opinionated cat. Each one is made to be used, loved, and noticed by the kind of person who notices things.
That’s you. Welcome to Kittlins.
Cute by design.
