We're so excited to get your Kittlins order on its way to you! Here's everything you need to know.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note: processing times may be slightly longer during new releases, sales, and holiday seasons. We'll always communicate any delays.

Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $65.

Orders under $65 are charged standard USPS shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time — stay tuned!

Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or hasn't arrived within 14 business days of your ship date, please contact us at customerservice@kittlins.com and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

Kittlins is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
