Here's our policy:
All Sales Final
Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or change of mind.
We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully and reach out before purchasing if you have any questions. We're always happy to help!
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind everything we make. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@kittlins.com
with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage
- A brief description of the issue
We'll send a replacement or issue store credit, whichever you prefer.
Your happiness genuinely matters to us.
Wrong Item Received
If we made an error with your order, we'll make it right immediately.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order has likely already entered processing and cannot be cancelled.
